above everything else, it is the one thing that frees me
from my mind. it is the one solution for me when i just
need to switch the energy around, or when i feel sucked
dry, or when i feel stuck....

my best play is almost always when i am outside....

and ive been doing alot of that kind of play lately....

for me, its better than any therapy, any sermon, any pill, any meditation...

its good to know what works.
its good to know what your play is.

and its essential we make time for it...
